What’s Ahead in 2011
Issues
The FY 2011-2012 budget will take center stage in the first year of the Administration of Tom Corbett. Republicans now control the Governor’s Mansion, state Senate, and state House and will drive the legislative agenda in 2011. Other major issues expected to be debated in the new legislative session include: tort reform; education policy/school choice; Marcellus Shale; infrastructure/transportation funding; and pension reform.
Look for action alerts on key public policy issues throughout the legislative session.
